A Christmas Contest!
Hi Gang! As if we weren’t all excited enough about the holidays, I thought I’d add a little contest into the mix – something ELSE to have fun with.
Now, you all know that Santa Paws keeps an eye on us ALL YEAR LONG with his spies (who are often disguised as our very own human companions!!) and keeps a list of who’s NAUGHTY and who’s NICE !
Everybody on the NAUGHTY list is lucky to get prezzies because Santa can be rather contrary about bringing presents to those of us who get into trouble all year long. So I thought maybe I’d give Santa Paws a call and see if he would make ONE EXCEPTION – JUST ONE – and in the spirit of Christmas could he let one VERY NAUGHTY animal get a present after all.
He was a jolly old soul (hahaha) and said:
“SURE, SAMMY! SINCE YOU ASKED SO NICELY, I WILL GRANT YOUR WISH. ONE – JUST ONE – OF YOUR FRIENDS WHO HAS BEEN NAUGHTY WILL GET A PRESENT FROM OLD SANTA. JUST HAVE ALL YOUR FRIENDS SEND YOU A PHOTO OF THEM AT THEIR NAUGHTIEST AND WHOEVER IS THE MOST NAUGHTY IS THE WINNER OF A PRESENT FROM ME!”
So my friends, we will have a contest. All you have to do is send me a photo of you being naughty, being caught while you’re naughty, the after effects of you having been naughty – OR even a photoshopped naughty picture of you. Did you make a mess in your house that your human had to clean up? Did you tear a toy up into teeny tiny pieces? Did you “steal” some food from the kitchen and eat it on your bed and make a big old mess? Did you come in from being out with mud all over yourself and get it on your human’s floor????? See????? We’ve all been naughty – on purpose or accidentally and I just BET your humans have photographic proof. Have them send it to ME!
Here’s an example of ME being naughty (photoshopped of course since I’m NEVER naughty):
Please don’t send huge photos – but attach a small (pixel wise) photo in .jpg or similar format to your email – Title your email “SAMMY’S CONTEST” and send it to me at junekimm@aol.com
You have to have your photo to me by Monday, December 3 !!
Santa has authorized me to send the naughiest photo winner a special Christmas present……….and we ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL love presents right?
We’ll load up the photos of you naughty kids and everybody will vote for the naughtiest one of all and they’ll be the contest winner.
So start looking for a naughty shot of you……..now you and I both know there are some of those around your house so start looking!!

Hi Bailey! I thought this might be fun and I’ll do anything to help Santa Paws out with his NAUGHTY and NICE lists. I think it’s nice that he’s willing to give one lucky dog, cat, pig, bird, WHATEVER a “second chance” to get a present even if they’ve been naughty this year!

What a cute idea for a contest, Sammy (and Miss Pam)! My only naughtiness is occasionally nipping at my humans, so I don’t know if we’ll find a picture of that, but we’ll definitely look!

NEITHER of you are ever naughty???? Hmm….Mom says she’s having a bit of a time imagining NEITHER of you are naughty EVER…..seems to me a time or two Doggy that you’ve been caught destroying something of Leo’s but who am I to judge?! Besides, photoshopping “naughty” is kinda fun anyway – as you can tell from my example photo Mom did last night!

Well Easy, if you’ve torn apart a toy, eaten a shoe (!), got muddy paw prints on a sofa, brought a pile of grass with dirt attached inside for your salad…..those MIGHT be considered “NAUGHTY” by your staff and/or Santa Paws too!!!

I’m glad that you’ll check back after Monday to see the entries. My Mom isn’t a technical wizard (sorry Mom!) but she was able to figure out how to do stuff like that online without special software….she uses Pizap.com and that’s how she made that
